Redefining Food & Food Waste


‘Ugly food’ and food waste are often overlooked at the consumer stage. In the future will it be possible to turn these into a resource that could benefit the community? The Food Journey aims to redefine food and food waste and our reliance on traditional raw materials. This project will focus on designing a suburban mall- based on community kitchens and workshops as a catalyst for a lifestyle shift toward sustainability.
